Apple may have released an Apple Watch Pro

One of the Twitter users, who often publishes photos of prototypes of apple devices in his microblog, found the Apple Watch Pro logo in the files of an old demo device from the Apple Store. It was in a folder with other logos for Apple smartwatches.

There is speculation that at some point Apple was considering adding the prefix Pro to the name of one of the modifications of the Apple Watch. Most likely, it was about mid-range models in stainless steel cases. The logo file was created on February 26, 2015, just a few weeks before the Spring Forward event, in which the company announced the prices and release date of its watches.

As mentioned above, the file was found on a demo stand, which was located in the Apple Store. It included the iPad mini and Apple Watch. Thanks to such a device, users could learn more about the applications that were installed on the Apple Watch. Information about them was opened on the tablet display and depended on which program was running on the watch at the given moment.

It is worth noting that Apple has recently become very fond of adding the Pro prefix to the names of its devices. Therefore, in the future, the company may still release such watches. It is possible that a more secure Apple Watch will be released under this name. Recall that some time ago, several sources at once announced Apple’s plans to release smartwatches for fans of extreme sports.
