Apple Redesigns Safari in macOS 12 Monterey Beta 3

Immediately after the release of macOS 12 Monterey, Apple was criticized by users. Many people did not like the updated design of Safari. The most negative was the tab bar, which was located on the same level as the address bar.

In macOS 12 Monterey beta 3, which was released yesterday, Apple decided to listen to the opinions of users and returned a more familiar tab design. Now they are located below the address bar. Also “returned” and the button to reload the page. It, as before, is located in the address bar.

However, if desired, users will be able to return to the innovative design. For this it is enough:

    1. Open browser.
    2. Select the View tab from the menu bar.
    3. Click on “Show separate tab bar”.

After that, the tab bar and the address bar will be on the same level. In this case, the “reload” button will not return to the additional menu.
