Apple support speaks Ukrainian

Earlier, information about Apple’s plans to open a full-fledged Ukrainian office appeared on the network more than once. This was hinted at by periodically opening vacancies. Now another event has happened that has brought the opening of the Ukrainian representative office of Apple closer. Starting from June 28, the official support service of the apple company began to answer questions from users from Ukraine in Ukrainian.

Until recently, when contacting Apple Support, residents of Ukraine communicated either in Russian or in English (depending on the type of account). In fact, the launch of the Ukrainian support service is a hint at the imminent opening of an apple company office in Kyiv.

It is worth noting that at the end of last year, an Annotation Analyst vacancy with knowledge of the Ukrainian language appeared on the official Apple website. The new specialist had to deal with the “training” of Siri. It can be assumed that in the future Apple’s voice assistant will also speak Ukrainian. However, when exactly this will happen, it is difficult to say now.
