Apple Vision headset leaked in iOS 15.4

The iOS 15.4 update added several new emojis, support for creating an Email domain on iPhone, the ability to unlock a masked iPhone with Face ID, and a mention of the new Apple MR headset.

Developer Maximiliano Firtman revealed that iOS 15.4 will also include some important updates to the Safari apps and browser. The first is the addition of custom icons in the browser, which will make it easier for developers to integrate app icons into Safari. There will also be push notifications for iOS web apps. This feature was previously only available on macOS, but Apple didn’t enable it for iOS.

The feature is disabled by default in the first beta, but can be enabled in later betas. In addition, the update has the WebXR API, it supports VR headsets | AR. This may once again confirm that Apple will soon release its Apple Vision headset, about which there are so many rumors.

According to reports, the headset should appear no earlier than the summer presentation of Apple WWDC 2022.
