eSIM on Apple Watch will soon work in Ukraine

eSIM has been on the Apple Watch for a long time. However, this feature did not work in Ukraine. The situation may change in the near future. This is hinted at by the instruction that recently appeared in the Ukrainian section of Apple’s official website. It describes in detail the mechanism for setting up cellular communication on the Apple Watch.

The appearance of this instruction indicates that the company, together with Ukrainian operators, is preparing to launch eSIM support in Apple Watch. After the option works, users will be able to make calls, answer messages, receive notifications, and more even when the watch is far from the iPhone.

When exactly the eSIM in the Apple Watch will work in Ukraine is currently unknown. However, Apple is gradually launching the “missing” features in our country. Recall that a little more than a week ago, an ECG sensor and notifications of irregular heart rhythm were activated in Ukraine.
