Recently, SellCell polled 5,000 iPhone owners in the US and tried to find out how much they liked the new Apple devices. Surprisingly, more than 64% of respondents answered that they did not like the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro very much. 21.5% called new items moderately interesting, and only 14.4% of users were satisfied with the new Apple smartphones.
Interestingly, 23.2% of respondents announced their intention to replace their old iPhone with the new iPhone 13. The vast majority (42.5%) are planning to buy an iPhone 13 Pro, and 26.3% want to buy an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The least of all users were interested in the iPhone 13 mini. Apparently, last year’s situation is repeating itself. Users were very reluctant to buy a 5.4-inch model, preferring smartphones with a larger diagonal.
Among the reasons that make you switch to the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro, users cite a new screen with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and higher autonomy. Such answers were given by 34.1% and 25.3% of respondents. But improved cameras were of least interest to users. Only 5.4% of those surveyed plan to upgrade to the iPhone 13 because of these innovations.
At the same time, the lack of Touch ID and a small number of major changes were the main reasons that forced users to refuse to buy new iPhones.
