iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max may get two screen cutouts

The first information that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max may lose their “bangs” appeared on the network a few months ago. Initially, sources claimed that the screen of new products will have only one hole for the front camera lens. In this case, the modules necessary for Face ID to work will be hidden under the display.

Recently, other information appeared on the network. Insiders have published several pictures and renders showing an elongated hole in the screen of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

However, if you believe the authoritative analyst Ross Yang, who in the past “marked” several accurate forecasts, then the new flagship Apple smartphones will have two screen cutouts at once: round and oval. The first can house the Face ID projector, while the second can house TrueDepth and the front camera lens.

In addition, Yang refutes earlier rumors that Apple will be able to place all Face ID modules under the display. According to the analyst, the company is not yet ready for such innovations. However, in 2023 or 2024, flagship iPhones may well lose their bangs completely.
