As virtual work meetings take on a new dimension amid the prolonged pandemic, Logitech is introducing two tablet-like devices. They are designed to schedule meetings, as well as help users communicate through popular services: Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Ring Central.
The first device is a Logitech Tap IP tablet with a 10.1 inch screen. It can be placed on the table or attached to the wall. Equipped with an Ethernet connector, which is output from the opposite side, but a Wi-Fi connection is also available, there is even a motion sensor.
The second device is the Logitech Tap Scheduler. This is a meeting planner tablet that can be placed at the entrance to the conference room. On it, the company offers to display the schedule of all ongoing meetings.
Both Tap IP and Tap Scheduler will be available this fall for $699 per device, according to Logitech. For the same price, you can grab two iPad 9 (2021) for $329 with a 10.2-inch screen and also use them for scheduling and communicating during meetings.
