Nearly half of users will upgrade to iPhone 13

Apple expects strong demand for 2021 iPhone models. As suppliers have reported, Cupertino has ordered about 90 million devices by the end of the year. It looks like these expectations are justified.

According to a survey by the analytical agency SellCell, 44% of users intend to upgrade to the new iPhone 13 after its release in September 2021. The most anticipated feature that users want to get is the 120Hz screen refresh rate.

The most interesting thing is that the agency did a survey: which iPhone 13 models will users upgrade to and the respondents did not mention the iPhone 13 mini. Recall that this year the mini-version will give the last chance, because the sales of the device did not pay off.

  • 30.8% will buy an iPhone 13 Pro Max
  • 24% upgrade on ‌iPhone 13‌ Pro
  • 7% did not specify on which iPhone 13 they are going to upgrade.

In addition, analysts asked whether users will upgrade to Apple Watch 7. The vast majority of 72.7% are not interested in the new version of Apple smartwatches. Also, 87.1% don’t want to upgrade their AirPods.
