The authors of the Commerical Times claim that all chips from the Apple M2 series will be built on the basis of the 4nm process technology. It can be assumed that Taiwanese chipmaker TSMC will be engaged in their production. The latter is already preparing for the mass production of chips in a new, more advanced technical process. At the same time, already in 2023, chips made using the 3-nm process technology may appear in Apple laptops and desktop computers.

It is currently unknown what specific technical characteristics the new items will have. However, in the past, sources have said that Apple plans to create chips that will feature impressive performance. According to some reports, in the future Mac Pro may have 64 computing and 128 graphics cores.
