Rumor: Apple Watch Series 7 will have new watch faces

In a new edition of his weekly newsletter, Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman confirmed recent rumors that the Apple Watch Series 7 case will grow slightly. Simply put, 40 and 44 mm models should be replaced by watches with sizes of 41 and 45 mm, respectively.

Gurman notes that specifically for the Apple Watch Series 7, which will also receive displays with a larger diagonal, Apple will prepare several exclusive watch faces. The latter are designed to take full advantage of large screens.

How exactly the new displays will look like is currently unknown. However, Gurman notes that Apple will update the Infograph watch face for sure.

It is expected that the official announcement of the Apple Watch Series 7 will take place in September. The updated watch should differ from its predecessors in a case with flat side faces, an increased battery and new filling. Sources also say that this year Apple will introduce new colors for the Apple Watch.
