YouTube for iOS now has a translation of comments

The other day, Google developers talked about a number of innovations that will be available to YouTube users. One of the main innovations was the table of contents in the search. With this option, users will be able to quickly navigate through the video, viewing only interesting fragments. The block with quick navigation is located under the video and is available without viewing ads.

Another important innovation is the built-in comment translator. At the moment, this option is only available in the YouTube app for iOS and Android. At the same time, only owners of a paid YouTube Premium subscription will be able to use the built-in translator.

The feature is currently in test mode. You can activate it on special site. However, the built-in comment translator will only work until September 9th. It is possible that in the future this option will also appear in the browser version of YouTube.
